Message	But if you really want to go that route you can remove the turbo and manifold with the head as one piece. You have to disconnect all lines to the turbo underneath first and then remove timming belt, lower plenum and etc. I dont get why you have to show receipt of new cats???? As long as they. Can see them and you pass smog there shouldnt be a problem. I would just get a set of used ones and try a different inspection station.
